(Bio)propane
All Kalfire gas fires can be connected to natural gas. For situations where natural gas is no longer available, propane or bio propane gas offers a great solution.
Propane is a "by-product" of extracting both natural gas, and refining petroleum. Bio propane is produced entirely from biomass, a mix of waste and residues and renewable vegetable oils. In fact, propane gas produces up to 19% less CO2 than fuel oil after combustion. And bio propane goes even further, producing up to 80% less CO2 compared to conventional propane gas.
